For over 25 years, I have been supporting people and teams in their development – pragmatic, human-centered, effective. My drive: seeing potential, activating it, and helping it flourish.

With bewusst-wie, I created a space for a key insight: we need the shift from know-how to know-why. Away from mere knowledge transfer, towards real experiential spaces where change truly happens.

What drives me: not the wow effect in a workshop, but a reference experience that still resonates six months later. I work systemically and long-term – the two go hand in hand. If you see the whole, you know that real change doesn't happen in two days.

I am grateful to work across so many different cultures and companies. The longer I do this work, the more I see myself as a "witness" to people in their development.

From start-ups to international corporations – I design experience-based formats on leadership, communication, teamwork and transformation. Always with the same standard: insight must carry over into everyday life.

Special focus: Deep outdoor experiences combined with Strategic Visioning – spaces where orientation emerges and teams develop a direction that truly holds.

What shapes me most: my relationship with nature. Growth arises in the tension between challenge and trust – between stepping forward and pausing.

Beauty is not made – it is discovered. True leadership has little to do with control, much with presence. And real transformation happens when we stop trying to "fix" ourselves – and begin to uncover what has always been there.
