For over 25 years, I have been supporting people and teams in their development – pragmatic, human-centered, effective. My drive: seeing potential, activating it, and helping it flourish.
With bewusst-wie, I created a space for a key insight: we need the shift from know-how to know-why. Away from mere knowledge transfer, towards real experiential spaces where change truly happens.
What drives me: not the wow effect in a workshop, but a reference experience that still resonates six months later. I work systemically and long-term – the two go hand in hand. If you see the whole, you know that real change doesn't happen in two days.
I am grateful to work across so many different cultures and companies. The longer I do this work, the more I see myself as a "witness" to people in their development.
